TRACKbox installs can be supplied with a pre-assembled installation loom built to suit the vehicle where appropriate. Sensium designs and pre-builds the looms in Brisbane — installers connect a small number of keyed connectors rather than hand-wiring each unit on-site. The result is consistent, high-quality installations across every deployment, shorter install times, and effectively zero wiring errors in the field.

Looms are assembled to spec in Brisbane before they ship, so every install matches the reference build. No on-site improvisation, no installer-introduced variance.

Keyed automotive connectors replace per-vehicle hand-wiring. Installs are quicker, the vehicle is off the road for less time, and the cost of a large rollout drops materially.

Wiring errors approach zero.
The single biggest source of telematics install failures is field wiring. Pre-assembled looms reduce that failure mode substantially — and any RCM-relevant electrical certification is validated at the loom level rather than per-install.
Accessory ecosystem
The box is the start, not the end.
TRACKbox is the in-vehicle anchor. Sensium designs and supplies the accessories that integrate with it — driver identification, lone- worker safety, in-vehicle panic, long-range pendants, electronic key cabinets. Each accessory speaks the same firmware and reports into the same Connect+ dashboard.

Hardware-wired emergency activation, installed within easy driver reach. Triggers SMS, email, push and platform alerts simultaneously. Standard or latched modes available.
LoRa remote duress pendant
Up to 5 km line of sight.
Long Range (LoRa) wireless. Low power. Robust signal penetration. Carried by lone workers away from the vehicle — the duress signal still reaches the TRACKbox and triggers the same alert chain as the in-vehicle button.
Also in the ecosystem: Driver ID modules (Plug & Play to TB2 — know who is driving, not just which vehicle moved), and Electronic Key Cabinets (releasing physical keys only to authorised users with a valid pool booking).

TRACKbox holds a persistent encrypted connection to the Sensium Connect cloud. Commands can be sent to the device, not just data pulled from it — which is what enables remote lock/unlock, engine disable, RFID handover, and any future command-class feature that doesn't yet exist.
