Sensium Connect requires a TRACKbox device installed in your vehicles for all features except Pool Vehicle Booking, which has an app-only version.

Sensium Connect is designed in Brisbane, Australia. The TRACKbox hardware it pairs with is manufactured in Brisbane. All customer data is stored on Sydney servers — never transmitted offshore. This matters for organisations obliged to comply with data residency laws (and for organisations that should be).

Yes. No part of the software transmits data outside of Australia. Data is stored only on servers in Sydney. We recommend you interrogate the data-residency claims of any competing supplier — some use product add-ons that cannot fully satisfy residency requirements.

Sensium Connect supports single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control so users only see what their role permits, and audit logs for accountability. Data is hosted on Google Cloud Australian infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, on Sydney servers with no offshore transmission.

Yes. Reports and data can be exported as CSV or PDF, and reports can be scheduled to run and be emailed automatically. For deeper analysis, the documented API exposes real-time and historical data so you can pull it into your own reporting or BI tools.
